You would have been 25 years old this November 9, 2006. It is still hard to believe that you a re no longer with us.
There is not a day that goes by that we don't think about you. Specialy when I see my Dad since I know how much he loved you and always looked out for you.

I remember one rainy day after picking up some job applications we were driving around and you told me you wanted to take me some where. That somewhere was your fathers grave site. As we stood there you told me that you didn't think that you would have alot of people at your funeral and I reassured that of course you would. You didn't say anything but just nodded. Well sweetie I just wanted to tell you that on the day of your funeral the overseer of the funeral said that your funeral was one of the biggest he has been involved over the seven years he had been working there. Even on the day of your funeral when I was feeling so bad I smiled knowing that you would of been happy to see so many people you affected during your life time came to say goodbye. Not a day goes past that I don't miss you, Andre. I think about the limited time that we had with each other but how much we went through together and how close we were to each other in the end. I remember when the first time you introduced me as your best friend and how happy it made me feel because it gave the acknowledgement of how important I was to you and how much you meant to me. We were with each other all the time so sadly I am so lonely without you. I miss you waking me up in the morning waking me up with a phone call or the oh so annoying pound on my window. God I would do anything to hear that pound on my window just one more time but I realize that it will never be again and the thought is devastating. God I miss you and the only thing that makes me feel better is that one day when I close my eyes for the last time that I will open my eyes to your handsome face and you will guide me through the pearly gates and we will know each other once more and I will never have to let you go as I have had to do in this world. Andre, I love you and I miss you dearly and I wish I would have told you more often. I never thought I would never see you again but I want to tell you now on this beautiful website your Mother created for you. I want to also thank you for all the love & affection you gave your cousin Natalie. Andre, in my heart you will always be the boy with the ever present mischievous smile. Sonia and Danny will never forget going on trips like Knotts Berry Farm with you and your mom. In my mind, I can still see you acting silly and making them laugh. Sonia tells me she can still remember seeing you in your car seat, squirming, trying to get out. Angel Moms
We have shared our tears and our sorrow, We have given encouragement to each other, Given hope for a brighter tomorrow, We share the title of grieving mother.
Some of us lost older daughters or sons, Who we watched grow over the years, Some have lost their babies before their lives begun, But no matter the age , we cry the same tears.
We understand each others pain, The bond we share is very strong, With each other there is no need to explain, The path we walk is hard and long.
Our children brought us together, They didn't want us on this journey alone, They knew we needed each other, To survive the pain of them being gone.
So take my hand my friend, We may stumble and fall along the way, But we'll get up and try again, Because together we can make it day by day.
We can give each other hope, We'll create a place where we belong, Together we will find ways to cope, Because we are Angel Moms and together we are strong!
